Business services

Hire the desk, not the headcount.

Native-English sales agents on the phone. Processors who have seen a hard money file before. The websites, marketing and paperwork behind them. By the hour, part-time or full-time — you tell us how many hours a day you need and what they would be doing.

Financing stays free. Sending us a deal costs nothing, now and always — no upfront fees, no junk fees. These services are a separate, optional engagement. Buying them does not move a file up a queue, change a lender’s terms, or affect what a partner is paid, and you never have to buy anything to work with us on a deal.

Why we built this

The help exists. The help that understands your business does not.

Every real estate professional we talk to has the same two problems: the day disappears into admin, and the leads that do come in go cold because nobody calls them back. The outsourcing market answers that with the cheapest hour it can find, and the cheapest hour cannot hold a conversation with an investor about a rehab budget.

The day

15–20 hours a week

is what published industry analysis puts on admin work for a typical agent, with roughly a quarter of working hours left for the activity that actually earns.

The follow-up

48% never call back

Published lead-response research finds nearly half of agents make no second attempt, while most sales need five or more touches. Only about four in ten answer an after-hours enquiry the same day.

The gap

Nobody speaks “deal”

Support priced at the bottom of the market is not trained on business-purpose lending. It cannot chase a rent roll, read a draw schedule, or answer an investor who asks what a point is.

Third-party published figures, sourced at the foot of this page. They describe the market, not our results.

What we do

Seven things, and you can take one of them.

Nothing here is a bundle. Most people start with one seat or one file and add the rest only if the first one works.

Calls

Sales agents who sound like you

Native English speakers on a dedicated seat, working your hours and your time zone. Outbound on your lists, inbound when your phone rings, or both.

  • Outbound calling on lists you own — expireds, FSBOs, past clients, investor databases, your own dormant CRM
  • Inbound answering and live transfer, so a lead that calls at 6pm speaks to a person
  • Appointment setting straight into your calendar
  • Follow-up cadence run to completion, not abandoned after the first attempt
  • Every call, outcome and note logged in your CRM the same day
  • Trained on your script and your objections — or ours, if you would rather start from something proven

Files

Processing support for business-purpose files

Processors who have worked hard money, bridge, DSCR, ground-up and commercial files, and know what a lender actually asks for on the second pass.

  • Document collection and condition chasing until the list is clear
  • Title, insurance, appraisal and inspection ordering and follow-through
  • Entity documents, operating agreements, EIN letters, authorised-signer packages
  • Rent rolls, leases and DSCR worksheets assembled the way the lender wants them
  • Draw packages on rehab and ground-up files, against verified progress
  • Lender portal data entry and submission packaging
  • Closing checklist run to the wire, with a status you can actually see

Scope. Business-purpose and commercial files only — non-owner-occupied investment property, entity borrowers. We do not process consumer or owner-occupied residential mortgages, and we do not take applications, quote terms, or negotiate on a lender’s behalf.

Paperwork

Transaction coordination and paperwork

Contract to close, handled by someone whose only job is the paperwork — so a deadline never gets missed because you were on a showing.

  • Contract-to-close timeline built the day the contract is signed
  • Deadline and contingency tracking, with reminders before they bite
  • Signature chasing across every party on the file
  • Broker compliance file assembled and audit-ready
  • MLS entry, status changes and listing data upkeep
  • Vendor coordination — escrow, title, lender, inspector, photographer
  • Weekly written status to you and, if you want it, to your client

Web

Websites, landing pages and the work behind them

Built the way this site was built: hand-coded, fast, and yours. No page-builder bloat, no monthly platform you cannot leave.

  • Agent, team, brokerage and private-lender sites
  • Campaign landing pages that match the ad that sent the click
  • IDX and CRM integration, lead routing that actually reaches your phone
  • Speed and Core Web Vitals work on a site you already have
  • Forms, calculators, intake flows and document upload
  • Hosting migration, SSL, backups and the boring maintenance nobody does
  • Fixing what a previous developer left behind

Marketing

Marketing that fills the calls

The same work we do on our own sites. Search, ads, email and content aimed at the people who actually transact.

  • SEO — technical fixes, local presence, content that ranks for buying intent
  • Google and Meta ads: build, compliance review, and management
  • Email and CRM sequences wired to your pipeline stages
  • Content: blog, market updates, newsletters, scripts
  • Listing marketing — single-property pages, social sets, video cutdowns
  • Review generation and reputation cleanup
  • Reporting you can read in two minutes

Creative

Design and listing production

The pieces that make everything else look like it belongs to one business.

  • Logo, brand kit and template systems
  • Flyers, one-pagers, term-sheet layouts and pitch decks
  • Social graphics and short-form video editing
  • Photo editing and virtual staging for listings
  • Print pieces and mailers

Data

List building and market research

The unglamorous input work that makes a calling seat worth paying for.

  • List building and cleanup from public and licensed sources
  • CRM migration, deduplication and segmentation
  • Comparable and market research packs before a listing appointment
  • Competitor and lender-program monitoring
  • Data entry and back-file digitisation

How it is bought

Three ways to engage, and you pick the smallest one that works.

Dedicated seat

Part-time or full-time

You tell us how many hours a day you need and what the person is doing. Four hours a day, eight, or something in between. Same person every day, your time zone, your tools, your script.

Per file

Processing and coordination

Priced by the file rather than the hour, for work with a defined start and finish. Send one file and see how it goes before you send the next.

Project

Web and marketing builds

Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before anything starts. Ongoing support afterwards is optional and separate — it is not bundled to inflate the build.

No long contract to start. A seat is monthly and you can stop it. Project work is scoped and priced in writing before anything begins.

Pricing

We will not quote you before we know what the job is.

A calling seat and a commercial processing file are not the same purchase, and an hourly number posted without knowing which one you need is a number designed to get a phone call rather than to be honest. Tell us the hours and the work and you get a written quote.

What we will publish is the market you are shopping in, so you can price whatever we send you against it.

What this work costs on the open market

Published figures from other providers, gathered 26 August 2026. These are the market’s prices, not ours. Sources listed below.
RoleOffshoreNative-English nearshoreUS-based
General real estate assistant$7–15 / hr$20–40 / hr
Inside sales agent (outbound calling)$7–15 / hr$12–18 / hr$20–40 / hr
Private-lending / mortgage operations$9 / hr entry$12–16 / hr senior
Full-time seat, per month$900–1,500$595–4,400 published range

The spread is the whole point. The bottom of that market is where the accent barrier and the training gap live; the top is a US salary with a US payroll attached. What you are actually buying is somewhere in between, and it depends on whether the person has to hold a conversation about a deal or just enter data.

How we work

The rules we put in writing

Your lists, your consent, your brand

We call from lists you own and you remain responsible for how they were built. We do not buy lists, we honour do-not-call requests immediately and permanently, and calling hours follow the rules for the number being dialled.

Real people, real names

Agents use their own first name and say which company they are calling for. No invented identities, no pretending to be you, no scripts that imply a licence or an approval nobody has given.

We do not quote your borrower

On a lending file our people collect and organise documents. They do not take applications, quote rates or terms, negotiate, or make any representation about approval. That line does not move.

You own everything we build

Sites, accounts, domains, CRM data and creative files are yours and stay in your accounts. If you leave, you leave with all of it and nothing needs unpicking.

Enquiry

Tell us what you need

Three short steps. What you do, what you need done, and how many hours a day. You get a written scope and a price back — no obligation, and nothing to pay to ask.

Step 1 of 3

These services are provided under a separate agreement and are not financing. Easy Lending USA is not a lender, a bank, or a mortgage broker, and nothing purchased here influences a credit decision, a lender’s terms, or partner compensation. Loan processing support is offered only on business-purpose files secured by non-owner-occupied investment real estate with entity borrowers; we do not provide processing for consumer-purpose or owner-occupied residential mortgages, and we do not perform any activity requiring a mortgage licence.
