What you get paid.

Most referral programs in this industry will not put a number on a page. Here is ours, plus the rule that sits behind it.

The rule

We will never make more than you on a deal you bring. Not as a gesture — as a term of the partner agreement.

On any transaction you refer, our compensation does not exceed yours. If a lender pays less than expected, the reduction comes off our side before it comes off yours.

How you are paid

  • Compensation is paid at closing, from the lender side
  • Nothing comes out of your client’s pocket to us
  • Nothing comes out of your commission to us
  • No fee to join, no minimum volume, no exclusivity requirement

What moves the number

Referral compensation in this industry varies with loan size, program, and which lender the file lands with. A large DSCR loan and a small gap-funding second do not pay the same, and no honest schedule pretends otherwise.

What we can commit to is the ceiling on our side, and telling you the expected split before you send the file rather than after it closes.

Compare us honestly

Published partner compensation elsewhere in the market generally sits in the low single digits as a percentage of loan amount. When you compare, check three things beyond the headline rate:

  • Is it capped, and at what?
  • Who pays it — the lender, or your client?
  • What happens to your borrower afterwards? See our client protection guarantee.

Partner program

Partner compensation is paid in connection with referred business-purpose transactions secured by non-owner-occupied investment real estate. We do not pay compensation on consumer-purpose or owner-occupied loans. Easy Lending USA is not a lender, a bank, or a mortgage broker.
