What we collect, and where it goes.

Effective 27 August 2026. This policy covers easylendingusa.com and the services provided through it.

1.What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, company or brokerage.
• Deal information — property address and type, purchase price or value, rehab or construction budget, loan type and amount, exit strategy, investor experience, and anything else you tell us about a scenario.
• Files you upload — some of our forms accept attachments. Whatever is in them, we receive.
• Partner and services information — your role, deal volume, what you need help with, hours required, and what you tell us about your business.
• Correspondence — emails, form messages and anything else you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get read and where visitors come from. It sets cookies and records things like pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser, and referring site.
• Server and security logs — our host and our security plugin record IP addresses, request times and failed login attempts, to keep the site up and to block attacks.
• Spam and bot protection — form submissions are checked for spam, and some forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which collects information about your interaction with the page under Google’s own terms.
• Caching — our caching layer sets functional cookies so pages load quickly.

What we do not collect

We do not pull credit. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or card details anywhere on this site, and we will never ask for them by email. If a message appearing to come from us asks for any of those, or for an upfront fee, it is not us — report it to underwriting@easylendingusa.com.

2.Why we use it

• To evaluate the scenario you submitted and work out which lenders it fits.
• To introduce your deal to those lenders, with the information they need to assess it.
• To contact you about your enquiry, by email, phone or text, as described at the point you submitted it.
• To provide, quote and invoice any business services you engage us for.
• To administer the partner program and pay partner compensation.
• To keep the site secure, working and free of spam.
• To understand which content is useful, in aggregate.
• To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

3.Who we share it with

3.1 Lenders. This is the important one. When you submit a deal, we share it with independent private lenders whose criteria it appears to fit, so they can evaluate it. That is the entire point of the service. Once a lender has it, they hold it under their own privacy policy, not ours, and we do not control what they do with it. If you do not want a specific lender to receive your information, tell us before you submit.

3.2 Service providers. Companies that run parts of this operation on our behalf and may handle data in doing so: our web host, our email delivery provider, our form software, our analytics and security providers. They act on our instructions.

3.3 Our personnel. Work is carried out by our staff and contractors, some of whom are located outside the United States. They are bound to confidentiality obligations. If you engage us for business services, your data and your clients’ data may be handled by those personnel in performing the work you asked for.

3.4 Where the law requires it — in response to a lawful request, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to prevent fraud or harm.

3.5 A transfer of the business — if the business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of it, subject to this policy.

4.We do not sell your information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not trade or rent contact lists. If that ever changes, this page changes first and an opt-out will be provided before it does.

5.Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies that are strictly necessary (caching, security, form function) and analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary ones may affect how the site works if you do. You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google’s browser opt-out add-on.

We honour Global Privacy Control signals where your browser sends them. We do not currently respond to legacy Do Not Track headers, because there is no agreed standard for what a response should mean.

6.How long we keep it

Deal submissions and correspondence are kept while they are useful to the relationship and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is retained on Google’s standard schedule. Security logs are short-lived. If you ask us to delete your information we will, except for anything we are required to keep — and we will tell you what that is and why.

7.Security

The site runs over TLS, sits behind a security plugin and a host-level firewall, and access to submissions is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. Do not send documents containing Social Security numbers, account numbers or identity documents through this website. If a lender needs those, they will collect them through their own secure process, directly from you.

8.Your choices and rights

Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you and who we have shared it with.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete it.
• Stop contacting you — by email, phone or text.

Email underwriting@easylendingusa.com. We will respond within 45 days, and we will not treat you any differently for asking.

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct, the right to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and the right to be free from discrimination for exercising them. An authorised agent may act for you with written authorisation. Use the same email address. Note that we do not accept lending referrals relating to property in California; this paragraph is about visitors to the site.

Residents of other states with privacy statutes — including Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and others — have similar rights. Use the same email address and tell us which state you are in.

9.Calls, texts and email

If you give us a phone number on a form, you agree we may contact you by phone call, text message and email about your enquiry, as stated on the form at the time. That consent is never a condition of anything — not of submitting a deal, not of financing, not of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us and we will stop entirely.

Where we make calls on behalf of a services client, we are calling from that client’s contact list, on their instruction and as their service provider. Ask the caller who the call is for and they will tell you. Do-not-call requests are honoured immediately and permanently, whoever the call is for.

10.Automated tools

Where we offer an assistant or chat tool on this site, conversations may be processed by a third-party AI provider to generate a response. Do not put sensitive personal or financial information into it. Nothing it says is an offer, a quote, a commitment, or advice, and a human decision governs anything that matters.

11.Children

This site is for business use by adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

12.Other sites

We link to outside resources where they are useful. We do not control them and this policy does not cover them.

13.Changes

If we change this policy materially, we will update the effective date above and post the new version here. Material changes affecting how we use information you already gave us will be notified to you where we can reach you.
