How we work with capital
You define the box
Property types, states, leverage limits, minimum and maximum loan size, borrower experience, credit floor. We write it down and we work to it.
We pre-screen
Files arrive with the basics already collected and obviously unsuitable deals already filtered out. You spend your time on things that could actually close.
You underwrite
Every credit decision is yours. We do not underwrite, approve, price or commit on your behalf, and we never represent that we can.
What we are
A referral source, not a competitor.
Easy Lending USA is not a lender and does not deploy its own capital. We do not compete with you for deals, and we are not trying to become a lender later.
We are compensated by the lender side when a referred transaction closes. That is the entire model.
What we ask
Straight answers on the box.
The most useful thing a lender can give us is an honest description of what they will and will not do, including the exceptions. Vague criteria produce wasted submissions on both sides.
