What are Fix and Flip loans?
Fix and flip loans are short-term loans designed for investors to purchase properties, renovate and sell them. They can also decide to hold and rent the property through Airbnb and get the loan that pays for itself. Fix and flip, fix and hold, fix and rent are all the available options that you can get through us.
We do work with first-time investors, but the rates and terms will not be the same, or even similar, to investors with experience. Either way, we invite everyone to apply, and you will at least know what you can get out of the fix and flip loan when working with us.
